The members of our joint management team from both Duke and UNC Chapel Hill provide a depth of knowledge and diverse experience that is fundamental to the success of Clever Endeavor.
Adaora Nwosu
Founder
Adaora Nwosu is a senior at Duke University pursuing a major in Neuroscience with a minor in Chemistry and a certificate in Human Development. She plans to pursue a career in psychiatry with a focus on child and adolescent development. In high school, Adaora was a mentor for Princess Pals, a girls mentorship program for 3rd-5th graders in her community. She was also a tutor for America Reads America Counts. Inspired by the lessons on human development from a course she took her spring semester of sophomore year, she and her executive team below started Clever Endeavor with the purpose of providing mentorship that is based on positive development and important concepts related to socioemotional learning.
Dongwon Lee
Program Director
Dongwon Lee is a graduate of Duke University with majors in Biology and Neuroscience with a minor in Chemistry. As the Clever Endeavor Program Director, he fosters the core values of the Positive Youth Development Model in his mentorship and has collaborated with multiple community partners across North Carolina, including the Durham Public School System, UNC, and the Boys and Girls Club, with the goal of reaching a broader audience of youth who may benefit from mentorship. In the future, Dongwon looks forward to forging new partnerships and creating lasting experiences for his mentees.

Cami Czjedo
UNC President
Cami Czejdo is a senior at UNC Chapel Hill, pursuing a major in Chemistry and Computer Science. She plans to pursue a career in medicine with the incorporation of youth development. The Positive Youth Development Model is crucial in the instillation of key characteristics in a child. Clever endeavor incorporates these values into the mentorship program to contribute to the child’s life and more importantly the community as a whole. I’m looking forward to meeting you!
Alekhya Majety
UNC Vice President
Alekhya Majety is a sophomore at UNC Chapel Hill, majoring in neuroscience with a double minor in chemistry.
She has volunteered as a camp counselor and worked at an after school STEM camp as an instructor. Both opportunities made her realize how much she loves working with kids and the chance to teach them through clever endeavor and be a role model is why she is a part of this club.

Aryani Pallerla
UNC Public Relations Reporter
Aryani is a sophomore at UNC Chapel Hill pursuing a major in Neuroscience with a minor in Chemistry. She has spent time working with the Southeast Raleigh community and communicating with local nonprofits such as Junior Achievement of Eastern North Carolina, Triangle Family Services, and Urban Ministries of Wake County. Additionally, she has worked with middle and high school students, including those with learning difficulties. Aryani has seen firsthand the impact that having a positive mentor that cares for and connects with a student can have for them. She hopes that mentors learn as much from the experience of Clever Endeavor as their mentees do, and is looking forward to this year.
